As a registered psychologist for over 20 years, Lisa adapts different approaches to suit client needs and circumstances. Lisa utilises Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
Lisa has worked at the Department of Health, the Community Services sector, Family Services and Adult Mental Health Services.
Lisa’s knowledge and skill have supported the facilitation of change with a variety of client groups. She has a special interest in helping people with attachment difficulties, relationship concerns, depression, anxiety, stress management, parenting difficulties, trauma, grief, and loss.
