Therapy for Young People
Adolescence is the transitional stage from childhood to adulthood. It is a time of discovery and commonly raises issues of independence and self-identity. We offer a warm friendly environment for adolescents from 16 years of age to talk about their concerns.
We focus on treatment of depression, anxiety, bullying, stress, self-esteem, drugs and alcohol, peer pressure, relationships and any general adolescent issues impacting on general wellbeing.
